“I was once the confused international student. Now I help the next generation arrive prepared.”

04

I had to figure China out as I went.

When I first arrived, everyday tasks felt harder than they should have. Which apps did I need? How would I pay? What happened during registration? How was I supposed to get from the airport to campus?

Years later, after studying and living in China and building China Essentials, I created this independent workshop so the next group of international students can arrive with answers—not avoidable anxiety.
